Through the power of storytelling, we aim to weave the vibrant threads of immigrant experiences, inspire a new generation of writers, and celebrate the beauty of concise literary creation.
To participate in the contest, students must ensure that their school is one of the participating schools. We encourage students to inquire with their school administrative team or teachers to confirm whether their school is part of the contest. If the school is participating, students can then follow the guidelines provided by the school to join the contest, showcase your writing talents, and share your migration story by submitting your entries. It’s a great opportunity to not only express your creativity but also contribute your unique perspective to the contest!
The subject of the contest revolves around your immigration story. We invite you to share this personal journey by crafting a compelling narrative within the range of 600 to 800 words. To ensure you meet all the requirements, please follow the guidelines provided by your teachers. Once your story is ready, submit it through the contest website. Make sure to complete the submission before the specified deadline. We look forward to hearing your unique migration story!
Students: The winners of the contest will receive a brand new laptop as a recognition of their outstanding contributions.
Teachers (Ambassador Teacher): The Ambassador Teacher, acknowledged for their exceptional guidance, will be awarded a tablet to further support their educational endeavors.
Schools: The school with the most notable participation will be granted a complimentary subscription to eLibro for one year, providing access to a wealth of educational resources.
These prizes aim to celebrate and reward the efforts of both individual participants and the educational institutions involved. We hope these incentives inspire a heightened enthusiasm for the contest!
